Full Business Leadership Programme


The Business Leadership Programme is a detailed business syllabus that is developed to grow Optometric Practices from success to significance using key business concepts. The program is applicable for business that want to expand to high levels of excellence, revenue growth and transformation.

This syllabus is implemented by Visionstryt over a specified period as per the needs analysis of the practice or institution.

We initially do a detailed business assessment of the business that focuses on the following:

  • Purpose of the business
  • People within the business
  • Processes of the business
  • Products from the business
  • Profits of the business

The assessment provides information as to where the business is versus where it can and should be.

Once the assessment is done, we proceed with the implementation of the program in greater detail.

Each section of the program runs anything from 5 – 10 days depending on the number of employees per practice or the particular structure of an institution.

We know how important your business is and even more how precious chair time is with your patients. Therefore the syllabus is designed so as to not disrupt your daily activities but rather be incorporated within the routine.

During this period the following strategies are employed in the implementation of the program:

The content for the syllabus is around the following topics:

  • Incubation – Unpacking key components of optometry practices
  • Business Development – Maintaining peak performance levels

  • Sales Management – Strategic ways to accelerate your sales growth
  • Marketing – Making your moves before they do

Total number of hours for the program:

  • 30 hours or 1800 minutes
  • Each module has 300 minutes in it.
  • Module 1 – 4 courses each run for 60 minutes per lesson
  • Module 5 – 6 courses each run for 75 minutes per lesson
  • A quiz should be taken after course.
  • There will be a total of 28 course quizzes
  • Each quiz will consist of a total of 12 quizzes
